The underground parking garage has already been built and structural work has reached the height of the third floor. The work is therefore on schedule and completion of the project in Falkensee is planned for next year. The apartments are designed to meet the highest environmental standards and are therefore not only sustainable but also energy-efficient. Around 400 apartments are being developed on the site of the former fur factory in cooperation with the town of Schkeuditz. The focus of the development is the integration of future-oriented living space into the Schkeuditz cityscape. Construction is scheduled to start in 2024!
